From Alpe Gund a way to Sedererstuiben goes up, which is partially accessible by car. At the signpost on which Stuiben and Sedererstuiben separate, going up a poorly marked path to a barbed wire fence. On a well-marked path to the summit is bypassed.

From Staufner house leads up a six hours long way to Sedererstuiben. The path leads over the Hochgrat about the Rindalphorn, the Gündleskopf and Buralpkopf. The path requires stamina and a head for heights. The path from lunch from takes about two hours and takes over the Bärenköpfle, the Steineberg and Stuiben. Again, fear of heights is necessary.
