Seibu Yūrakuchō Line

The Seibu Yurakucho Line (Japanese西武 有 楽 町 线, Seibu Yurakucho - sen) is a subway line of the Seibu Society in Nerima, Tokyo. The route connects the two stations Nerima and Kotake - mukaihara and is mainly used by commuters. The stations are marked on maps violet ( ■ ).

History

The line started with the section between Shin- Sakuradai and Kotake - Mukaihara and the through traffic to Yurakucho Line of Eidan (now Tokyo Metro). At this time she was not connected to other Seibu lines, so that only Eidan trains were used. In 1994, the section between Shin- Sakuradai and Nerima was opened, connecting the route to the Ikebukuro Line. There a second track was added later in the same year and began the transit to Ikebukuro Line.
