Selçuk Şahin (footballer born 1983)

Selçuk Şahin ( born March 26, 1983 in Munich) is a German -Turkish football player.

Career

Şahin was the son of Turkish guest workers in Munich for the world. He grew up in Germany and learned in the youth departments of various amateur clubs playing football. For the 2005/06 season he signed on to the Oberliga SSV Ulm 1846 and made here two league games.

At this time he was seen by some talent hunters. For the new season was an offer from the Turkish second division Kartalspor and so he moved to Turkey. He then moved in 2008 still Hacettepe and played here for two seasons.

In the summer of 2010, he then moved to second division club Orduspor. Here he made went straight to breakthrough to regular players. 2010/11 he succeeded with his team's promotion to the Süper Lig in his first Süper Lig season he lost his place, but came on as a substitute in 17 league games.

After Şahin was without a club the first half of the 2013/14 season, he signed on to the second round of the second division Adanaspor.
