Selma Aliye Kavaf

Selma Aliye Kavaf ( born July 1, 1962 in Denizli) is a Turkish politician of the Adalet ve Kalkınma Partisi.

Life

Kavaf studied at Ankara University and then worked as a teacher. In 2007 she was elected Member of Parliament for the electoral district of Denizli in the Grand National Assembly of Turkey. It was the successor of Nimet Cubukcu from 1 May 2009 to June 6, 2011 Minister of State for Women and Family.
