Sergey Tereshchenko

Sergei Alexandrovich Tereshchenko (Russian: Сергей Александрович Терещенко; born March 30, 1951 in Lessosawodsk ) is the former first Prime Minister of Kazakhstan. It was from 14 October 1991 to 12 October 1994 Prime Minister. In 1998 he was one of the supporters of re-election of President Nursultan Nazarbayev as.

Life

In 1973 Tereshchenko completed a degree in mechanical engineering at Казахский национальный from аграрный университет ( Kazakh Agricultural Institute ). In 1993, he completed a degree in economics at the Higher Party School in Alma Ata and received his doctorate to the Dr. the Party School. In 2001 he became a member of Академик Международной академии информатизации ( МАИН ) ( International Informatization Academy ) in Almaty appointed. From November 1989 to February 1990 he was first deputy chairman of the Council of Ministers of the Kazakh Soviet Socialist Republic.
