Sergey Ustiugov

Sergei Alexandrovich Ustjugow (Russian: Сергей Александрович Устюгов; born April 8, 1992 Meschduretschenski ) is a Russian cross-country skiers. He won in 2011 and 2012 a total of five gold medals and a silver at the Nordic World Ski Championships Junior. In January 2013 he celebrated his World Cup debut in La Clusaz, before he secured a few days later in Sochi with the 4th rank his first top ten in the World Cup. Shortly thereafter, he took as the final runner of the Russian Cross Country Relay the bronze medal at the Nordic World Ski Championships 2013 in Val di Fiemme. In the 2013/2014 season he was with a 3rd place in the freestyle sprint in Nove Mesto finally his first World Cup victory and his first podium in Davos - also in freestyle sprint - celebrate. At the Olympic Winter Games in Sochi, he reached the finals in the sprint and finished at the end of the fifth rank.
