Serkan Çiftçi

Serkan Çiftçi ( born August 3, 1989 in Vienna ) is an Austrian-Turkish football player, who is since 2013 in Dardanelspor under contract.

Career

After various Viennese youth teams, he came in 2007 in the amateur team of SK Rapid Wien. After he could not grasp a foothold there, he moved in 2009 to Turkey to Giresunspor. Here, however, he played an even smaller role, so he returned after a short time to the rapid amateurs. Now he succeeded where the breakthrough and in the 2010/11 season he was second in the 21 goals scorer in the Regionalliga Ost. Through these services, the attacker attracted the interest of various Bundesliga clubs up and the SC Wiener Neustadt signed him for next season. Here he made his debut on July 16, 2011 (1st Round ) against SV Mattersburg in the Bundesliga when he came off the bench in the away game in the 66th minute for Daniel Wolf. In summer 2012, he moved to league rivals SK Sturm Graz.
