Shannon Cochran

Shannon Cochran ( born August 7, 1958 in Greensboro, North Carolina, United States) is an American film and theater actress.

Born and raised in Greensboro, Cochran attended the Conservatory of Music of Cincinnati (Ohio ) and graduated from with summa cum laude. Then Cochran began in Chicago working on various theater productions and thus stood, under the later also acting in Hollywood theater director Steve Martin, in the play Picasso at the Lapin Agile on the stage; more pieces followed. So Cochran received the Joseph Jefferson Award for her portrayal of Gladys Bump in Pal Joey, which was premiered at the famous Goodman Theatre.

Since 1992, Cochran is also seen in various television series and feature films.
