Shoal Bay (Darwin)

Shoal Bay is a bay of the Beagle Gulf, which is located northeast of Darwin in Australia's Northern Territory. The bay is the coastal type Ria. In the bay opens out the short Howard River, the estuary is called Hope Inlet. North and the Howard along inland - - There is the Tree Point Conservation Area, adjoins the park to the south of the then Howard Springs Nature. The bay is home to many bird species, including the Great Red Knot.

South-west of the bay is the Shoal Bay Receiving Station.
