Sibby Flowers

Sibby Flowers (* 1965 in Carrollton, Georgia as Sibby Harris) is a former American weightlifter.

Life

Sibby Flowers grew up in Carrollton. She was athletic and well endowed operating on the high school gymnastics and athletics. In the mid- 1980s, weight lifting for women became popular, they devoted himself to this sport, went to Savannah and trained with coach John Coffee. The first World Championships for women in Daytona Beach, she won a bronze medal in the all around in the class to 44 kg body weight. Also in the following years they started very successfully at the World Championships. A title win was her but not granted.

Sibby Flowers operates according to its active athletes time as a trainer.
