Sikasso Region

The Sikasso region is located in southern Mali. The main cities are the capital of the Sikasso, Koutiala and Bougouni region. The region has 2,625,919 inhabitants ( census 2009).

The population Sikassos the Samago and the largest ethnic group, the Bambara consists of the Senufo, together.
