Sir- Tech was a Canadian / American publisher and developer of video games, announced the company with the Wizardry and Jagged Alliance series was.

History

Founded Sir -tech Software, Inc. in the early 1980s by Robert Woodland and Norman Sirotek in New York. The company is best known for the 8-part RPG series Wizardry (from 1981), one of the earliest and most successful series in this genre, and among other things, the Origins Award received. Well known was the Jagged Alliance series, which appeared in 1994.

In 1994, the Sirtech Canada Ltd.. Founded in Ottawa; the U.S. companies no longer exists since 1998. 2003 was also the Canadian part of Sir- Tech bankrupt.

The logo was supplemented in some Wizardry sequences with a longer dragon in profile. Later there was a logo showing an eye.
