Soga no Iruka

Soga no Iruka (Japanese苏 我 入 鹿; *; ? † July 10 645 ) was a statesman in the Yamato period Japan.

Iruka was the son of Soga no Emishi. He became Crown Prince Naka no Ōe (later Emperor Tenji ) murdered and Fujiwara no Kamatari during the Isshi Incident in front of the Empress Kogyoku.
