Sonja Lehmann

Sonja Lehmann ( * September 13, 1979 in Berlin, after marriage Sonja Dittbrenner ) is a former German hockey player, she won the 2004 Olympic gold medal.

Sonja Lehmann played at TuS Lichterfelde Berlin, where she was the storm leader. 2004 nominated the national coach for the European Indoor Championships, a team from the second row so that the first team could concentrate on the Olympics. Sonja Lehmann has been using this backup crew European Indoor champion. In the rest of the season they konne so play to the fore, but that they called coach Markus Weise in the Olympic squad. At the 2004 Olympic Games in Athens Sonja Lehmann was there in all six games in the finals won the German women 2-1 on the selection of the Netherlands. After several years of international break, Sonja Lehmann returned in January 2008 back for Indoor Hockey Championship again for the national team and won the title again. Overall, Sonja Lehmann participated in 38 international matches, including 10 in the hall.

In summer 2008, Sonja Lehmann married hockey player Bastian Dittbrenner. Sonja Dittbrenner is a doctor in Berlin.
