Sun Mountain in Mühlkreisautobahn is a municipality in Upper Austria in the district of Urfahr in the upper Upper Austria with 888 inhabitants (as of 1 January 2013). The municipality is located in the judicial district Urfahr.

Geography
Sun Mountain in Mühlkreisautobahn situated at an altitude of 740 m above sea level. A. in the upper Upper Austria. The expansion is 5.2 kilometers from north to south and from west to east 4.1 km. The total area is 12.7 km ².

History
Originally in the eastern part of the Duchy of Bavaria lying, was the place since the 12th century the Duchy of Austria. Since 1490 he has been the Principality of Austria above the Enns attributed. During the Napoleonic Wars several times occupied part of the site since then back to Upper Austria. Culture and sights
Structures
A new community center was built in the summer of 2004, plus a new sports field and a new fire station. The total cost was about 90,000 euros. Half the money came from private work hours. The new village hall was created in 2006 with the active support of the population. Subsequently, the inauguration ceremony was held as part of a festival. The cost of this project amounted to approximately 180,000 euros.
