Špišić Bukovica
Špišić Bukovica is a village and a municipality in the Virovitica - Podravina in Croatia in the historic region of Slavonia. In the 2001 census, the municipality had 4,733 inhabitants, 98.52 % of Croats. The village alone had 1,871 inhabitants. In the 2011 census, the municipality had 4,221 inhabitants, 99.03 % of Croats. The village alone has 1,686 inhabitants.
Geography
Špišić Bukovica is on the main road D2 and west only about 7 km from Virovitica away. To 12 km to the north there is the river Drava, which forms the border to Hungary here. A further 13 km north- west is the neighboring community Pitomača and 30 km north-west away Đurđevac, the closest town in the neighboring County of Koprivnica- Križevci.
