Sportfreunde Eisbachtal

The Eisbachtaler Sportfreunde of 1919 are a resident in Nentershausen football club from the Westerwald. Besides football, table tennis is played with the polar bears.

History

The sports fans created on 1 July 1966 as a youth gaming community clubs SC Großholbach, TuS Girod - Kleinholbach, VfR Nomborn, TuS Heilberscheid and TuS Nentershausen. After the oldest clubs in the origin of this association indicates a founding year 1919. In 1972, the club played in the second-rate Regionalliga Southwest. Due to the establishment of the 2nd Bundesliga, the club in 1974 was classified in the amateur class, 1978, he was a founding member of the new amateur Oberliga West, where he stayed until 1986.

After the resurgence of 1990, Sportfreunde established again in the league and were repeatedly just before the ascent to the Regionalliga.
