St. Louis Symphony

The Saint Louis Symphony Orchestra is a beheimates in St. Louis, Missouri, United States symphony orchestra. It is the second oldest symphony orchestra in the United States ( founded in 1880 ) and is one of the most famous orchestras in the United States.

The concerts take place in a historical building in the center of Powell Hall Saint Louis.

Musical Director since 2002 David Robertson. Previously, Hans Vonk (1996-2002) and Leonard Slatkin (1979-1996) was the leader.
