The Stadio Piergiovanni Mecchia is a stadium with a velodrome in the northeastern Italian city of Portogruaro in the province of Venice, Veneto region.

History

Opened in 1947, the stadium is the home of football team Calcio Portogruaro Summaga and was built with the financial help of Pier Giovanni Mecchia. Furthermore, the velodrome is used to this day. The sports facility holds 3,335 seats for the visitors in the stands ready and the pitch is made of natural grass. The main grandstand with 2,000 seats is partly covered. On the opposite stand uncovered, inter alia, are 835 seats for the away fans. For the journalists are 25 jobs available.

In the season 2010/11 after the rise of Calcio Portogruaro Summaga first games of the series B held in the stadium of Portogruaro.
