Stadler SPATZ

The ABe 130 is an articulated railcar of the central path for Adhäsionsstrecken (S -Bahn Luzern and Interlaken - Meiringen ). It was designed and built by Stadler Rail and also as SPARROW ( Vineyard Panorama Train) known. In the center is a four-axle boarding -free panoramic railcar, are on the control car elements with a bogie, as they are known from the Stadler GTW, saddled.

The ABe 130 be used alone, as a couple in multiple unit control or control car. As a control cars are on the one hand, the low-floor articulated control car ABt 941-943 in use, on the other hand, originally derived from the RBS ABt 931-932 or converted from the Brünigbahn ABt 901 ff ever along with a second- class coaches.
