State Palaces, Castles and Gardens of Saxony

State Palaces, Castles and Gardens of Saxony is a non-profit based in Dresden. Until 31 December 2012 their business operation from state enterprise State Palaces, Castles and Gardens of Saxony was perceived that belonged to the division of the Saxon State Ministry of Finance and had the task of maintaining the Saxon heritage while respecting cultural and historic preservation issues. History

After the restoration of the Free State of Saxony on 3 October 1990 former already owned by the Group or managed during the time of the GDR as a legal entity objects were transferred as part of the allocation of assets in the property of the Free State.

With a cabinet decision of 3 November 1992 17 autonomous state enterprises should be made ​​for some of the most important objects and placed under an economic management. In the period from 1993 to 2003, the cost recovery of locks administration increased from 37% to 61.4 %. Schlösserland Saxony

In 2005, the advertising co Schlösserland Saxony was created to maintain a composite of major governmental and non- construction and garden monuments, which has the task of maintaining the Saxon cultural monuments, and present. Management and staff

The headquarters of the state-owned enterprise is divided into five areas, which is the parent of the Director, Christian Striefler. In the castle premises of the castle ladder leads the object.
