Stefanos Kotsolis

Stefanos Kotsolis (Greek Στέφανος Κοτσόλης, born May 6, 1979 in Greece) is a Greek football player.

Stefanos Kotsolis, playing on the position of the goalkeeper, began his career with the youth academies of Panathinaikos Athens. Under Takis Ikonomopoulos he coached there until January 1998 when he received his first professional contract and ascended into the men's team. With Panathinaikos Kotsolis came in the following years only sporadically used. In April 2004, he helped form a low of Antonios Nikopolidis and a violation of Konstantinos Khalkias in the basic formation of Panathinaikos. At the end of this season Kotsolis won with his team the Greek championship and the cup. In the summer of 2005 Kotsolis moved to 8 Erstligaeinsätzen to AE Larissa, where he is still under contract today. Stefanos Kotsolis went through all the youth teams of the Greek national football team and is part of the current squad, the Lord national team.

Kotsolis has made in the history of Panathinaikos as the player who wore the jersey as the last with the shirt number 13. Since 2003, this is no longer awarded in honor of GATE 13, the largest group of fans of the club.
