Stéphane Borbiconi

Stéphane Borbiconi ( born March 22, 1979 in Villerupt ) is a former French footballer.

Career

From 1997 to 1999 Stéphane Borbiconi played in the B team from FC Metz for which he completed 51 league games. He was hoisted into the professional squad in 1999, but after only three games in two years, he was awarded in 2001 to FC Martigues. After 34 games and two goals, he returned to Metz and conquered immediately secured a regular place in defense. In 2006 he moved after 135 league games and twelve gates to Turkey to Manisaspor. There he was also regularly league games, but on 7 July 2009, he returned to FC Metz, where he signed a three-year contract. In 2010 he was awarded for Azerbaijani club FK Baku. Returned to his old club Metz to Borbiconi injured for the season opener 2011/12 heavy and had to end his career.
