Stere Adamache

Stere Adamache ( born August 17, 1941 in Galaţi, † July 9, 1978 ) was a Romanian football player. He was in 253 games the highest Romanian football league, the Divizia A, the gate, and took part in the World Cup 1970.

Career

Stere Adamache began his career in his home town of Galaţi in the second highest Romanian football league, the Divizia B, at Dinamo Galaţi. As a youth national team, he moved in 1962 to the newly formed association Viitorul Bucharest, which was allowed to start in Divizia A with the cadres of the Youth National Team. When this team already resolved during the winter break 1962/63, moved to league rivals Adamache Steagul Rosu Brasov. In Braşov he was thereafter used in only just over half of the games. After the club initially moves in the upper half of the table and had participated several times in the Fairs Cup, he went in 1968 Divizia B from.

Brasov managed its chances of promotion and Adamache was this season the undisputed choice goalkeeper. This meant that he was appointed in 1970 by coach Angelo Niculescu even in the national team. After several strong years at the beginning of the 1970s he was continually used less. After the renewed descent into Divizia B in 1975, he finished his career in 1977.

National

Adamache played a total of 7 games for the Romanian national football team. He made his debut at the age of 28 years on April 28, 1970 against France. During the Football World Cup 1970 in Mexico coach Angelo Niculescu pulled him surprisingly the previous keeper Necula Răducanu ago, who came on only in the third game for Adamache. After the World Cup Răducanu got back his place.
