Stochelo Rosenberg

Stochelo Rosenberg ( born February 19, 1968 in Helmond, Netherlands) is a Dutch Sinto and jazz guitarist.

Life

Stochelo Rosenberg began with ten years to learn guitar by listening the plates of his idol Django Reinhardt. At age 12, he won a first prize in a music competition. 1992 gave the magazine guitarist Rosenberg a Golden Guitar for his contributions to the acoustic guitar. Cooperation with other known guitarists from the Gipsy swing scene as Dorado Schmitt, novels, Angelo Debarre and Biréli Lagrène. He founded with his cousin Nous'che Rosenberg ( rhythm guitar) and his brother Nonnie Rosenberg ( double bass), the Rosenberg Trio.
