Stubaier Bauerntheater

The Stubai farmers Theatre is one of the oldest folk theater in Tyrol.

Foundation

Founded as the theater group in 1903 in Fulpmes of Ludwig and Hans Hupfauf Klingenschmid. The former ran over half a century the fortunes of the club as chairman, but was also üderdies playwright, game director and from 1961 worked as an actor. Founding member Klingenschmid died already 1934.

Heimatabend

For more than 50 years, the Stubai Bauerntheater also has the Stubai Heimatabend in the program, which was established in the 1950s largely by Herbert Mair. By men's choir, Stubenmusig, slide show and Schuplattler group this evening home sets itself apart from cheaper folklore.
