Super Bass is a song by rapper Nicki Minaj from her debut album Pink Friday. It originates from the deluxe edition of the work and was written by Minaj, along with Daniel Johnson and Ester Dean. U.S. stars like Taylor Swift and Selena Gomez who covered the song. The song hit the charts in the United States and the United Kingdom in no time. In Germany Minaj had been with Where Them Girls At David Guetta along with Flo Rida and her first hit. Minaj made the song the first time at the Billboard Music Awards 2011.

Super Bass is another video single from Minaj's debut album Pink Friday. The video was shot in March 2011 but the premiere was only on May 5, 2011. Sanaa Hamri was director.
Minaj told in the song, the story of a boy on whom she has a crush, and whose attention she tries to get in a playful way. She describes how she flirts with her dream man in a club.
The video starts with a close up Minaj. She opens her eyes and begins to blink, while the music starts. Minaj occurs first in the Barbie style with bizarre facial expression on smiles in the later stages but very much, and acts more delicate than one would expect from her. At the beginning of the video she is wearing a pink wig, which is later replaced by a green one. A pink Ferrari, a pink plane and a pink pool can be seen.
