2011 Billboard Music Awards

The Billboard Music Awards 2011 found May 22, 2011 at the MGM Grand Garden Arena in Las Vegas, Nevada instead. Prices honored the most successful musicians, songs and albums of the year 2010. Most successful artists were six awards each with Justin Bieber and Eminem. Beyoncé Knowles has won the Millennium Award and Neil Diamond won the Icon Award. The presenter and actor Ken Jeong performed the ceremony. The ceremony could be followed live at the ABC Network.

Appearances

The awards were inaugurated by Rihanna and Britney Spears, who sang the remix version of S & M together. This was Spears' first appearance at an awards ceremony for four years. Both singers wore clothes latex, fishnet stockings and handcuffs. At the conclusion of their performance so they both delivered on the stage a pillow fight.

The rapper Lil Wayne appeared together with Mary J. Blige.

Cee- Lo Green sang on the piano a medley of his hits Crazy, Bright Lights, Bigger City and Forget You. The piano was mounted on a machine, diees raised during the performance in the air and then let it rotated 360 ° around its own axis.

The country singer Keith Urban sang Long Hot Summer, and the country group Lady Antebellum Just a Kiss played. Neil Diamond sang Sweet Carolina.

The British singer Taio Cruz sang a medley of his number - one hits Break Your Heart and Dynamite.

The hip- hop group The Black Eyed Peas sang their hit Just Can not Get Enough.

Ke $ ha sang her hit U.S. Blow. At the beginning of the performance, she sang the song on a rack, which hovered over the stage and was lowered slowly. On stage, she sang her hit, with a group of dancers, who were dressed as animal creatures on.

Beyonce sang her hit song Run the World (Girls) in front of a large stage on which one showed Knowles with various dance choreographies.

At the end of the event Spears sang along with Nicki Minaj a remix version of her hit Till the World Ends.
