Super Tight rose on the Billboard 200, the U.S. album chart, at # 95. It was represented over ten weeks in the charts. In the charts of the top R & B / Hip- Hop album Super Tight occupied position nine.

Criticism

Super Tight was evaluated in late 2011 in a report by the hip-hop magazine Juice on the career of UGK with five out of six possible " crowns ". The editor Ndilyo Nimindé praises in the criticism, the " warm organ chords " of Return, the "Ego Anthem " I Left It Wet for You, the " grandiose " It's Supposed to Bubble and the " unbelievably smooth " Underground. However, the lyrics of the album are zweirangig from the perspective of Nimindé and are overshadowed by the importance of the beats produced by DJ DMD and Pimp C.
