Svein Harald Øygard

Svein Harald Øygard ( born June 29, 1960) is a Norwegian economist and former interim president of the Central Bank of Iceland ( Seðlabanka Íslands ).

Life

Øygard has received an education in economics at the University of Oslo. In the period from 1983 to 1990 he was with the Central Bank of Norway, Norges Bank operates.
