Svele

A Svele is a Norwegian pastry that is somewhat similar to a German pancake. A Svele consists of a thick liquid batter of eggs, sugar, kefir, flour, baking soda and salt of hartshorn and butter contains. This dough is fried in a hot greased pan to form a thin pancake.
