Sven Olsson

Sven " Bleddy " Olsson (* October 3, 1889, † May 19, 1919 ) was a Swedish football player.

Career

Olsson played for Örgryte IS. With the club he was several times Swedish champion.

On July 12, 1908 Olsson of Sweden belonged to the selection, which played its first international match. In domestic Balder Hage, the Norwegian national football team was defeated with 11:3. In the same year he took part in the Olympic Games in London, where the team failed because of the tournament favorites, the English amateur team. Olsson played the first seven matches of the Swedish national team and was capped player.
