Svetlana Ganina

Svetlana Grigoryevna Ganina (Russian Светлана Григорьевна Ганина; born July 11, 1978 in Gorky ) is a Russian table tennis player. She is European Champion in doubles.

Achievements

Ganina is defensive player. She took at European Youth Championships eight medals:

From 1999 to 2008 she participated four times in European and nine times at the World Championships. In addition, she qualified twice for participating in the Olympic Games.

2007 Ganina became European Champion in doubles together with Viktoriya Pavlovich. In the years before she had been three times reached the double semi-final: 2002, 2003 and 2005 with Irina Palina. In 2007, she took another silver in the Russian women's team.

Germany
