Swedish Classic Circuit

" A Swedish classic" ( En svensk swedish classic ) is the name given to the combination of four major endurance racing competitions.

The four competitions are as follows:

  • Cross-country skiing: Vasaloppet ( Vasaloppet ) in the main run or open class ( Öppet Spår ) over each 90 km or alternatively the Engelbrektslauf ( Engelbrektsloppet ) about 60 km
  • Cycling: Vätternrunde ( Vätternrundan ) over 300 km
  • Swimming: Vansbroschwimmen more than 3 km
  • Cross Country: Lidingölauf ( Lidingöloppet ) over 30 km

Coping with all four routes within twelve months is rewarded with the "classics diploma ."
