The SYKES EMEA organization (Europe, Middle East and Africa) provides in over 22 contact centers and approximately 5,000 employees in the language of each desired individually tailored to customer needs Business Process Outcoursing services. 1997 Sykes Enterprises increases with the acquisition of existing contact centers in the German market. 2011 Sykes Enterprises operates in Germany four contact centers in Berlin, Bochum, Pasewalk and Wilhelmshaven with a total of over 2,000 employees and a project office in Frankfurt am Main. The Germany, Austria and Switzerland business unit is combined in the Sykes Enterprises corporate structure as Central Europe (CE) Area.
