The Synergy Group Corp.. is a South American conglomerate, founded in 2003. He has since been led by Germán Efromovich and his brother José Efromovich, two born in La Paz businessmen and investors Polish- Jewish origin. The group has its headquarters in Rio de Janeiro.

Synergy Group operates with its Subdivision Synergy Aerospace several airlines in South America, among other things, she is involved in the airline AviancaTaca Holding.
