Taban Air is an airline based in Tehran Iran and based at the airport, Tehran - Mehrabad.

History

The airline was founded by Asghar Abdollahpour 2005 and early 2006 took its flight operations.

Destinations

Taban Air currently flies next targets inside Iran also destinations in Kazakhstan, Iraq, Syria, Turkey and Ukraine.

Fleet

As of December 2013, the fleet of Taban Air consists of five aircraft:

• 5 McDonnell Douglas MD -88 ( 3 operated by Bukovyna Airlines, a decommissioned)

Incidents

• In January 2010, the domestic flight No. 6437 was forced to land because of a medical emergency in Mashhad International Airport despite poor visibility. Here, the tail touched the ground. Fire broke out, there were 47 injured.
