Tadija Dragićević

Tadija Dragicevic ( Serbian Cyrillic Тадија Драгићевић; born January 28, 1986 in Čačak, SR Serbia) is a Serbian professional basketball player who has played next to his home country, particularly in Italy and one season at the German Bundesliga club Alba Berlin. Early 2014 returned Dragicevic back to Red Star Belgrade where he had started his professional career in 2004.

He began his career in 2004 at Red Star in Belgrade. 2008, the young Serb was in the NBA Draft by the NBA team Utah Jazz selected, but did not receive him under contract. Later, in June 2012 as part of a four- team trade in which not only draft rights, but also the players Mo Williams and Lamar Odom changed the clubs between the LA Clippers, Houston Rockets, Utah Jazz and Dallas Maverick the draft rights to Dallas passed. In the BBL season 2010/11 he won with Alba Berlin the German runner than you nearly after five games the defending champion Brose Baskets defeated in the final series. Then he returned to Serie A, and signed a contract with Angelico Biella, after he had already played Roma at the end of the 2009/10 season at Virtus Lottomatica. Plan for the next season 2012/13 Dragicevic joined the Ukrainian runner Asowmasch to Mariupol. After another runner with Mariupol he was at the beginning of the 2013/14 season a temporary contract with Anadolu Efes Istanbul. After the expiry of this contract in 2014, he moved back to Red Star.
