Tagalog people

Tagalog is a Filipino ethnic group on Luzon. The members are also called Tagalogs. 18% of the residents of the Philippines are Tagalog. Their language is the same Tagalog. The derived Filipino is in addition to English the official language of the Philippines.

Origin
