Takakusu Junjiro

Takakusu Junjirō (Japanese高 楠 顺 次郎; born June 29, 1866 in Kagari, Mitsugi -gun (now Mihara ), Hiroshima Prefecture, † June 28, 1945 ), who often published under the Prenonym J. Takakusu, was a Japanese Buddhologist.

He taught at the Imperial University of Tokyo, was head of the Foreign Language School in Tokyo (now Foreign Languages ​​University, Tokyo) and rector of the Toyo University.
