Mihara, Hiroshima
Mihara (Japanese三原 市) is a city in Hiroshima Prefecture in Japan.
Geography
Mihara is located east of Hiroshima and west of Fukuyama on the Seto Inland Sea.
History
The city of Mihara was founded on 15 November 1936.
Traffic
Mihara is accessible via the airport Hiroshima. The city is connected to Osaka and Kitakyushu and the National Roads 185, 432 and 486 to the San'yo highway, the National Road 2. By train you can travel to Kobe and Kitakyushu from Mihara Station to the JR Shinkansen to Tokyo San'yo and Hakata, as well as the JR San'yo Main Line. The Mihara Station is also on the JR Kure Line.
