Takatsukasa Nobufusa

Takatsukasa Nobufusa (Japanese鹰 司 信 房; * November 17, 1565; † January 18, 1658 ( Meireki 03/12/15 ) [f 1] ) revived the extinct in the male line with Takatsukasa Tadafuyu go- Sekke family Takatsukasa again.

He was a biological son Nijo Haruyoshis (二条 晴 良). After adopting the name Takatsukasa he was regarded as the adopted son of Tadafuyu, who died 15 years before his birth. His mother was the Joo Prince Imperial Sadaatsu.

Nobufusa was Kampaku 1606 until January 31, 1609 for Go- Yozei.

He was married to a daughter of Narimasa Sassa (佐 々 成 政). He had twelve surviving children, seven daughters. Most went into monasteries. The second-born Nobutaka took over the hereditary in the family position of Betto in Kōfuku -ji. His daughter Takako (孝子; 1602-74 ) was married to the shogun Tokugawa Iemitsu. Born in 1636 Nobuhira was a father of Matsudaira line.
