Tale is a coastal village in the municipality ( komuna ) Shënkoll in Lezha District, northern Albania. The village is situated approximately five kilometers west of Shënkoll and ten kilometers southwest of Lezha.

Tale is on the Drin Gulf of the Adriatic Sea. On the wide, flat and sandy beach, there are some hotels and restaurants for swimmers, the area is but compared to other coastal areas of the country opened up only a little touristy.

The flat coastal plain between the rivers Drin and Mat in the south to the north was formerly dominated by swamps. North of the valley, at the mouth of the Drin, there is still a large wetland area with lagoons and swamps, the reserve Kuna - Vain - Tale.

Differences are the districts Tale № 1 and № 2 Tale further west, separated by oxbow Mat. The present town is developed mainly on the beach just north of these districts.
