Tasha Danvers

Tasha Danvers ( from August 2005 to January 2008 Tasha Danvers -Smith, actually Natasha Danvers, born September 19, 1977 London Borough of Lambeth ) is a British hurdler who specializes in the 400 - meter track.

In 1996, she accepted an offer from the University of Southern California. In parallel with a study of the music industry, it was 2000 NCAA champion.

At the World Athletics Championships in 1999 in Seville nor excreted in the lead, it was 2000 Eighth at the Olympic Games.

In 2001, she failed at the World Championships in Edmonton again in the lead, but won it at the Universiade. The following year she finished seventh at the European Championships in Munich, and at the 2003 World Championships in Paris / Saint- Denis, they came semi-finals.

Tasha Danvers is 1,74 m tall and weighs 65 kg. She is the child of jamaikanischstämmigen parents, who were both active as athletes, and lives with her husband and coach Darrell Smith Jr. in Los Angeles.
