Tatyana Polnova

Tatyana Fyodorovna Polnowa (Russian Татьяна Фёдоровна Полнова, English transcription Tatyana Polnova; born Зайкова - Saikowa - Zaykova, . Born April 20, 1979) is a Russian pole vaulter. 1999 and 2000, she started for Turkey under the name Tuna Köstem.

The European Athletics Championships 1998 in Budapest she left in qualifying.

In 2003, she won at the Universiade in Daegu. In 2005 she finished fifth at the European Indoor Championships in Madrid and fourth in the World Athletics Championships in Helsinki. The following year, she won bronze at the 2006 European Championships in Gothenburg. At the 2007 World Championships in Osaka she finished ninth at the 2009 World Championships in Berlin Seventh.
