Taylor Parks

Taylor Parks ( born September 20, 1993 Mesquite, Texas ) is an American actress.

Life

Parks first played small roles in movies and local theaters. In 2007, she played Inez Stubbs in Hairspray as well as guest roles on Gilmore Girls and Everybody Hates Chris. She also appeared on True Jackson on the 19th episode of the first season Shelly and returned to the 12th episode of the second season.
