Teemu Salo

Teemu Salo ( born February 11, 1974 in Hyvinkää ) is a Finnish curler.

Salo's first medal at the international level was a gold medal at the 2005 European Championships Mixed in Andorra when he played at the position of second in the Finnish team.

As lead Salo played at the Olympic Winter Games 2006 in Turin in Team Finland with skip Markku Uusipaavalniemi, Third Wille Mäkelä, Second Kalle Kiiskinen and Alternate Jani Sullanmaa. Here, the team reached the final, which they lost with 4:10 against the team of Brad Gushue Skip from Canada.
