Témiscouata -sur -le- Lac is a city in the administrative region of Bas- Saint -Laurent of the Canadian province of Quebec.

On 5 May 2010 the two cities Cabano and Notre- Dame-du -Lac were combined to Témiscouata -sur -le- Lac.

Témiscouata -sur -le- Lac is located on Lake Témiscouata on Route 185. 2006 Cabano had 3199 inhabitants and covered an area of ​​111.97 km ².
