Temnozor

Temnozor (Russian Темнозорь ) is a Russian Pagan-/Folk-Metal-Band from Obninsk.

History

The band was founded in 1996 by Tuur, Wuulko and Leshiy, followed shortly thereafter by Gorruth and P.Noir, which is also active in the progressive metal band Rakoth. Gradually, more musicians were added to the band in 1998 received a recording contract with Stellar Winter Records. The cast included at times more than ten musicians. Some of the former musicians come from the environment of the Russian Black Metal Circle Blaze Birth Hall.

To 2001-2002 changed the line-up, including left Tuur and Wuulko the band and were replaced by Ratibor and Svyagir, which none of the founding members is more active today. Temnozor is a member of the Pagan Front, a worldwide association of NSBM and extreme right-wing Pagan Metal bands.
