Teufelsmauer (Ore Mountains)

The Devil's Wall is composed of red and gray gneiss rock massif in the valley of the Black Pockau between Pobershau and the border with the Czech Republic. The reason is also called Schwarzwassertal. He is very scenic. Along the western flank of the Green ditch that once the mines at Pobershau zuführte the necessary water runs.

The Devil's Wall is today among others well known among the rock climbers.
